Below is a Belgian Chocolate Wedding Cake made for a summer wedding last year. There are two tiers of chocolate cake and one of vanilla madeira. Filled and coated in chocolate ganache, covered in chocolate paste, with chocolate sauce poured over. Finally, whilst the sauce was setting, the cake was decorated with dark, milk and white chocolate cigarillos and maltesers (the bride's special request!). The feather and diamanté topper was hand made by me to coordinate with the theme of the wedding (see below). See
