Order times:
Cupcakes: Require 24 hours notice(ideally more as I may have other orders in my book) unless you are having a real emergency like forgetting your best friend's birthday and flowers just won't do!!
*****Minimum order on cupcakes is 12 as they are made to order, but you can these in one box, 6 boxes of 2, or 3 boxes of 4. There is a charge of 60p each for the extra boxes as the smaller boxes cost nearly as much as the large one...sorry!!**********
Celebration Cakes: As much notice as possible please. I usually keep a couple of 8" round celebration fruit cakes ready for last minute orders, but failing that like to make them to order 6 weeks in advance so they can mature. Non fruit cakes will be made a day or two at most before you require them but if I would prefer a couple of weeks notice so I can plan them in.
Wedding cakes: For 2010, please call me to discuss as soon as possible to reserve a slot in my calendar as my availability is quite limited, as I personally design and make all the cakes I make for my customers, I limit the number of orders I take on to ensure you get the best service. This means that if you are planning an event that requires a cake, contact me as soon as possible to reserve your date. A small deposit will secure your chosen date, even if you haven't decided on your cake yet. If you prefer, I am happy to provisionally book a slot for you without a deposit on the understanding that I will let you know if anyone else requires that date I will contact you immediately and you have the option then of paying a deposit or releasing the slot to the other client.
